- Items must include all original tags, accessories, and documentation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. LanaMerch is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@lanamerch.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase — provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
